Project Overview
Digitize the provide system for providing plastic products.
Improve the management efficiency of user information, products, orders and invoices.
E-commerce project focusing on selling plastic products manufactured by Lithuania (Molding of plastic products, Engraving, Electronic price holders, etc…)
The system will cater to two main targets: Retail (B2C) and Wholesale (B2B).
- Retail: End users with a need for product consumption. When these users make a purchase, the system will check product inventory to create an order if stock is available.
- Wholesale: Businesses, distributors, or agents placing large quantity orders. Orders from these users undergo an additional approval step by a manager (to prepare or produce an appropriate quantity for the order).
Payment methods supported by the system include: Internet banking, Credit card, and Deferred payment.
Support for shipping to almost all countries worldwide.
Supporting the provision of various types of invoices, catering to diverse needs. Whether it’s a regular invoice, VAT invoice, or other types of invoices, we are committed to providing convenience and flexibility in your payment process.
In addition to using existing WordPress and Woocommerce features, integration with a system named AIVA will be implemented:
- Reasons for integrating with AIVA:
- Enhanced flexibility: AIVA seamlessly integrates with various systems, optimizing workflow and interaction with diverse data sources.
- Multi-channel integration: AIVA supports multi-channel integration, efficiently managing information from different sources and sales channels.
- With AIVA, synchronization will occur with the Litpolstar system for the following modules: Users, Products, Orders and Invoices.
- When users or administrators modify information related to users, products, orders, invoices, and discounts, the changes will be simultaneously updated in the AIVA system. AIVA updates will be synchronized automatically with the Litpolstar system every day at 3 AM.
- Choosing AIVA not only optimizes management processes but also provides additional benefits, ensuring the effective and flexible progress of projects.
Supports multiple languages, catering to customers from various countries.
Compatible with most devices on the market, ranging from PCs to mobile devices.
