Project Overview
This is a website about e-commerce. A website dedicated to the advertising and sale of soft toys, costumes, masks, and clothing.
The system can introduce the services, products and the formation of new customer requests, creation orders, warehouse management, wholesale and retail sales, processing wholesale and retail orders.
Customers can easily order one or more desired products through the Garbaris system.
Customers can make orders by creating an account before making an order, or they can make an order immediately without creating an account.
Customers can manage their accounts, orders, track their order status right on their dashboard or receive notifications via email.
The system will notify the user when the user has created an account or placed an order successfully or other related notifications via their email account.
The system is linked with a third party, Rivile, to integrate and manage parts such as:
- Customer
- Product
- Order
- Invoice
- Warehouse
Rivile is an enterprise management system (Enterprise Resource Planning – ERP) developed by Rivile company, specializing in providing software solutions for businesses. This system helps businesses manage and optimize various operations such as finance, human resources, warehouse management, sales, and many other areas.
Rivile provides APIs that can provide the means to interact with the Rivile system from other applications, allowing integration and sharing of data between different systems.
The system is integrated with payment methods such as: Stripe, Paysera, Paysera, etc… to serve the order payment needs of users. In addition, customers can also pay for the order after they received the product
The system is integrated with a deferred payment method to help customers receive products first and pay for orders later according to the payment plan for that order.
It’s one of the potential projects (2023 – NOW).

Our Role
Our role involves creating an e-commerce platform for soft toys, costumes, and clothing. The system facilitates easy ordering, account management, and integrates with Rivile for comprehensive enterprise management. Linked with Stripe, Paysera, and more for flexible payment options, including deferred payment plans.
